INCLEMENT WEATHER
The Directors of Little Rhody Lacrosse LLC and/or Roger Williams University reserve the right to cancel or shorten the Prospect Day due to inclement weather, poor field conditions, or player and fan safety concerns.  No refunds will be granted if these actions are necessary.

----------------------------------------------

The Men's Lacrosse coaching staff, along with representatives from the RWU Office of Admissions will look to provide prospective Men's Lacrosse student-athletes an in-depth and realistic view of playing Men's Lacrosse at RWU; albeit in our challenging, COVID-19 environment.

This altered and revised itinerary (detailed below to comply with RI Department of Health guidelines) will include a drop-off scenario where each participant, as supervised and administered by an RWU certified Athletic Trainer will have their temperature taken (in compliance with CDC guidance) and/or conduct a verbal screening for symptoms of COVID-19.

Each participant will have a designated space to place their equipment on the side of the field at each end upon their arrival to the Prospect Day.  These areas will be designated by "chalked" lines up against the fence and be at least 10-feet apart from other members of their stable group.

Each coach and staff member will be required to have a face-covering and wear during times that they will be within 6 feet of the participants of their respective stable group. This will be required as well for the Camp Director and Athletic Trainer on staff.

After drop-off, a brief introduction, presentation and Q&A session by the Men's Lacrosse coaching staff in College of Arts & Sciences classroom on RWU's campus.  Followed by an Admissions overview then a brief, outdoor Admissions tour.

Unfortunately due to current COVID-19 protocols, parents will NOT be able to be listen or take part in any presentations given by the RWU Coaching Staff and our Office of Admissions.

Parents will be able to watch the on-field portion of the Prospect Day, with the understanding they must stay at least 6-feet away from any person who is not a family member and/or wear a face-covering.
